2. Key Terms Summary

This summary is provided for convenience only. The full Terms below are legally binding.

Precision Web Partners offers website design, website development, launch, SEO, digital presence, Google Business Profile, domain, maintenance, and related services.

The standard Website Launch is CA$299 and includes a tailored homepage, four tailored supporting pages, and reasonable custom contact or inquiry forms placed on the included pages within the agreed scope.

The Website Launch includes up to two revision rounds, but only for reasonable moderate changes within the agreed launch scope.

The client may provide written instructions, page-by-page notes, images, logos, content, and preferences by email after purchase.

After launch, the client may stay on the $0/month Self-Managed Option and keep the delivered code, files, and assets without paying a required monthly fee.

The $0/month Self-Managed Option is not a maintenance, monitoring, security, hosting, legal compliance, update, warranty, or support plan.

If the client chooses or defaults to the $0/month Self-Managed Option, Precision Web Partners is not responsible for ongoing maintenance, updates, security, hosting, backups, legal compliance, privacy compliance, accessibility compliance, API changes, third-party changes, cyber incidents, business losses, customer disputes, or online claims arising after launch, except where a proven material defect, negligent misdesign, or material misstep in Precision Web Partners’ original work directly caused the specific claim and liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Paid plans are charged monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel or switch at least 48 hours before your next renewal by emailing consult@precisionwebpartners.com.

8. Project Timeline and Delays

Any timeline provided by Precision Web Partners is an estimate unless expressly stated in writing as a guaranteed deadline.

Project timelines may depend on:

a. timely client responses;

c. access to domain, hosting, Google, booking, analytics, or other accounts;

d. payment completion;

e. third-party platform availability;

f. complexity of requested work;

9. Revision Rules

The CA$299 Website Launch includes a maximum of two revision rounds.

A revision round means one consolidated written list of requested changes submitted by the client after reviewing a website draft.

Included revision rounds are limited to reasonable moderate changes within the general direction, written brief, layout approach, design style, page structure, and scope agreed at the beginning of the project.

Reasonable moderate revisions may include:

a. adjusting section order;

b. changing images provided by the client;

c. modifying wording;

e. updating service descriptions;

f. adjusting calls to action;

g. changing contact details;

h. changing hours;

i. adjusting spacing;

j. adjusting colours within the agreed direction;

k. adding, removing, or reorganizing moderate page sections within the included page count;

l. correcting implementation issues.

Included revisions do not include:

a. unlimited edits;

n. changes caused by the client changing business direction;

o. ongoing edits after launch;

p. changes to third-party systems;

q. work outside the original written scope.

A full redesign or major scope correction is included only if the delivered website materially fails to follow the client’s original written instructions or the agreed launch scope.

Additional revision rounds, new concepts, added pages, major design changes, added tools, or expanded work may require additional fees or a separate written agreement.

If the client fails to provide consolidated feedback and instead sends repeated fragmented feedback, Precision Web Partners may treat multiple fragmented requests as one or more revision rounds at its reasonable discretion.

10. Additional Pages

The Website Launch includes a tailored homepage and four tailored supporting pages.

Additional pages beyond the included five total pages are billed at CA$40 per page unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Precision Web Partners may refuse to add additional pages if the requested pages are unlawful, misleading, regulated beyond our scope, technically unreasonable, abusive, infringing, or outside the services we provide.

11. Domain Connection and Domain Support

If the client already owns a domain, Precision Web Partners will connect the domain at no additional fee as part of the Website Launch package, provided the client gives the required access.

If the client needs help finding, purchasing, connecting, or configuring a new domain, Domain Support is available for a CA$30 one-time service fee.

When Essential Care is selected and purchased with the initial Website Launch, the CA$30 Domain Support service fee is included at no additional charge.

When Basic Care or a higher monthly plan is selected and purchased with the initial Website Launch, Domain Support and the initial registration of one available standard-price, non-premium domain are included at no additional charge, subject to registrar availability and Precision Web Partners approving the registration as reasonably priced. This covers most ordinary available business domains. Renewal, transfer, privacy, premium-domain, aftermarket, and other registrar charges are separate.

A premium domain is a name designated or priced by a registrar, registry, or current owner above the ordinary registration price. It is highly uncommon for a premium domain to be the only suitable option. If a preferred name is premium or otherwise excluded, Precision Web Partners will help identify a reasonable available standard-price alternative, but is not required to purchase the premium name.

The client is responsible for:

a. domain purchase costs except for an initial registration expressly included with an eligible launch offer;

b. domain renewal costs;

c. domain ownership;

d. registrar account access;

e. domain expiry prevention;

f. DNS access;

g. ensuring the domain is registered under the correct person or business;

h. maintaining accurate domain contact information;

i. resolving registrar disputes.

Precision Web Partners is not responsible for expired domains, registrar disputes, domain ownership disputes, domain transfer delays, DNS provider issues, third-party domain decisions, or domain loss unless directly caused by our proven material error and only to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Google Business Profile Services

An existing Google Business Profile refresh is included with the Website Launch where the client already has an established profile and provides required access.

The refresh may include reasonable updates to:

a. website link;

b. phone number;

c. business hours;

d. address;

e. service areas;

f. business category;

g. business description;

h. images or logo;

i. booking or contact link;

j. other basic profile information.

If the client does not already have a Google Business Profile, Google Business Profile Setup is available for a CA$60 one-time service fee. This one-time setup service does not include ongoing profile maintenance.

When Basic Care or a higher monthly plan is selected and purchased with the initial Website Launch, eligible Google Business Profile Setup is included at no additional charge. While the selected eligible plan remains active, it also includes one reasonable light Google Business Profile update or maintenance task per monthly billing period. This light monthly profile work is otherwise normally included with Search Visibility or a higher plan.

Google controls profile verification, approval, display, ranking, suspension, review handling, reinstatement, review visibility, and eligibility.

Precision Web Partners does not guarantee:

a. Google approval;

b. Google verification;

c. Google ranking;

d. map placement;

e. search placement;

f. review outcomes;

g. reinstatement;

j. Google account access;

k. eligibility under Google policies.

The client is responsible for ensuring that Google Business Profile information is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and compliant with Google policies.

13. Optional Monthly Plans

Paid plans are charged monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel or switch at least 48 hours before your next renewal by emailing consult@precisionwebpartners.com.

For these Terms, “month,” “monthly,” and “per month” mean a fixed recurring billing period of 30 consecutive days rather than a calendar month, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If cancellation or plan-switch notice is received less than 48 hours before renewal, the change may take effect after the next billing cycle.

13.1 Essential Care - CA$29/month

Essential Care is a light technical care plan.

It may include:

a. security updates;

b. bug fixes;

c. basic health checks;

d. uptime checks where available;

e. contact form checks;

f. booking link checks;

g. small technical fixes;

h. routine technical maintenance.

When Essential Care is selected and purchased with the initial Website Launch, the CA$30 Domain Support service fee is included at no additional charge. Domain registration and renewal charges remain separate unless a higher eligible launch offer expressly includes the initial registration.

Essential Care does not include content edits, SEO work, new sections, new pages, redesign work, custom tool expansion, marketing strategy, major troubleshooting, or ongoing business consulting unless separately agreed.

13.2 Basic Care - CA$49/month

Basic Care includes Essential Care plus reasonable light website updates.

It may include:

a. up to four small website edits per month;

b. menu updates;

c. photo swaps;

d. simple text changes;

e. section updates;

f. hours updates;

g. contact information updates;

h. booking link updates;

i. routine maintenance;

j. small technical fixes.

When Basic Care is selected and purchased with the initial Website Launch, the plan also includes the initial registration of one eligible non-premium domain, eligible Google Business Profile Setup, and one light Google Business Profile update or maintenance task per monthly billing period while Basic Care remains active. The domain and Google Profile benefits are subject to the limits in sections 11 and 12.

Basic Care does not include full redesigns, major page rebuilds, new pages, custom tools, major copywriting, advanced SEO campaigns, e-commerce, major integrations, or major troubleshooting unless separately agreed.

After the first paid month, Basic Care is the minimum standard plan required only if the client wants Precision Web Partners to continue maintaining, updating, changing, repairing, troubleshooting, or supporting an eligible custom form, lead-capture system, or calendar booking feature built during a Lead Capture or Elite engagement.

13.3 Search Visibility - CA$79/month

Search Visibility includes Basic Care plus one new or substantially refreshed search-focused page per month.

It may include:

a. metadata updates;

b. title tag improvements;

c. meta description refinements;

d. on-page SEO adjustments;

e. content refinements;

f. Google presence checks;

g. basic technical SEO review;

h. brief summary reporting.

Search Visibility includes eligible Google Business Profile Setup when needed and one light Google Business Profile update or maintenance task per monthly billing period, subject to the limits in section 12.

Search Visibility does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, bookings, calls, search placement, Google map placement, or specific business results.

13.4 Lead Capture - CA$229/month

Lead Capture includes Basic Care and Search Visibility, up to two new or substantially refreshed focused pages per month, and one built-in custom lead-capture system configured during the first paid month.

It may include:

a. Basic Care items;

b. Search Visibility items;

c. conversion improvements;

d. form improvements;

e. call-to-action improvements;

f. landing page or section improvements;

g. lead-capture improvements;

h. performance review;

i. basic analytics review;

j. recommendations for stronger inquiry flow.

The included lead-capture system is limited to one agreed form, the agreed fields, standard validation, a confirmation state, one basic submission route, and basic tracking where technically feasible within existing platform capabilities.

Additional forms, complex automation, CRM, API, or other third-party integrations, payment collection, databases, accounts, file uploads, regulated-data workflows, messaging charges, software fees, and other third-party costs are outside the included scope unless separately agreed in writing.

13.5 Elite - CA$449/month

Elite includes Lead Capture, up to three new or substantially refreshed focused pages per month, and one built-in custom calendar booking feature configured during the first paid month.

It may include:

a. Lead Capture items;

b. higher-priority support;

c. monthly website refresh work;

d. advanced design improvements;

e. strategic website improvement support;

f. more active optimization;

g. priority response handling;

h. support responses generally within 24 to 48 hours where reasonably possible.

The included booking feature is limited to one agreed calendar, one appointment type, standard availability rules, and standard confirmation routing.

Multiple calendars, staff or resource scheduling, classes, deposits, payment collection, advanced reminders or automation, regulated-data workflows, software fees, and other third-party costs are outside the included scope unless separately agreed in writing.

Clients may submit support requests at any time, but 24/7 submission access does not guarantee immediate live response, emergency response, or uninterrupted support.

Elite does not guarantee revenue, leads, bookings, traffic, search rankings, sales, customer growth, or platform outcomes.

14. Custom Tools and Minimum Maintenance Requirement

Custom tools and integrations may include:

a. lead-capture tools;

b. custom forms;

c. analytics setup;

d. custom calendar features;

e. booking-related tools;

f. API-based features;

g. Google integrations;

h. tracking scripts;

i. automation flows;

j. custom website functionality beyond standard static pages.

Custom tools and integrations may require ongoing updates because third-party platforms, Google services, APIs, browsers, security standards, software libraries, hosting environments, plugins, privacy requirements, and business availability details may change over time.

After the first paid month, Basic Care or a higher paid plan is required only if the client wants Precision Web Partners to continue maintaining, updating, changing, monitoring, troubleshooting, or supporting an eligible custom form, lead-capture system, or calendar booking feature built through Lead Capture or Elite.

The client may cancel all paid plans and default to the $0/month Self-Managed Option at any time with proper notice.

If the client cancels all paid plans, the client keeps the delivered code and files and may continue operating and self-managing delivered eligible forms, lead-capture systems, and calendar booking features, subject to these Terms, third-party licensing, platform availability, and third-party fees. Precision Web Partners will no longer maintain, update, change, repair, monitor, troubleshoot, secure, or support custom tools, integrations, APIs, calendars, booking features, forms, analytics, tracking, or third-party connections.

If the client later returns for support after cancelling, Precision Web Partners may require a review, repair, audit, reinstatement fee, updated plan, or new agreement before resuming responsibility.

15. $0/month Self-Managed Option

After launch or final delivery, the client may continue on the $0/month Self-Managed Option.

The $0/month Self-Managed Option means:

a. the client receives the delivered website code, files, and standard project assets;

b. there is no required monthly fee;

c. there is no required support contract;

d. the client may manage the website themselves;

e. the client may hire another provider;

f. the client may return to Precision Web Partners later for paid work, subject to availability and acceptance.

The $0/month Self-Managed Option is a real self-managed option. It is not a maintenance, monitoring, security, hosting, backup, warranty, compliance, insurance, legal review, or support plan.

Under the $0/month Self-Managed Option, Precision Web Partners is not responsible for:

a. ongoing website operation;

b. maintenance;

c. monitoring;

d. updates;

e. backups;

f. hosting;

g. security patches;

h. bug fixes;

i. browser compatibility over time;

j. device compatibility over time;

k. API compatibility over time;

l. third-party integration compatibility;

m. Google platform changes;

n. domain renewal;

o. hosting renewal;

p. form testing;

q. booking tool testing;

r. analytics testing;

s. SEO performance;

t. Google Business Profile performance;

u. privacy compliance;

v. cookie compliance;

w. accessibility compliance;

x. professional or industry regulatory compliance;

y. cyber incidents;

z. data loss;

aa. business interruption;

bb. customer disputes;

cc. lost leads, missed bookings, missed calls, or lost sales;

dd. online claims, digital claims, negligence claims, tort claims, statutory claims, regulatory complaints, or third-party claims arising after launch.

The client accepts that a website can become outdated, insecure, non-compliant, incompatible, or partially non-functional over time if it is not maintained, updated, secured, monitored, and backed up.

Precision Web Partners remains responsible only to the extent that a proven material defect, negligent misdesign, or material misstep in our original design or development work directly caused the specific claim, loss, or digital issue, and only to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Cancellation and Plan Switching

Paid plans are charged monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

To cancel or switch plans, the client must email:

consult@precisionwebpartners.com

The email must be received at least 48 hours before the next renewal date to avoid the next renewal charge.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.

No partial monthly refunds are provided for unused days in a billing cycle unless required by law.

Cancellation of a paid plan does not cancel the client’s ownership of delivered code and files, subject to third-party licensing restrictions. Cancellation only ends Precision Web Partners’ obligation to provide ongoing support, maintenance, updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, and custom tool upkeep.

17. Payment

Payment is due at checkout, by invoice, by payment link, or according to the agreed payment schedule.

Precision Web Partners may use Stripe or other third-party payment processors.

The client authorizes recurring charges for any selected paid support plan until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

The client is responsible for keeping payment information current.

If payment fails, services may be paused, suspended, or terminated.

Precision Web Partners is not responsible for service disruption caused by failed payments, expired cards, declined transactions, chargebacks, payment processor issues, or cancelled payment methods.

18. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Taxes may include GST, HST, PST, QST, or other applicable sales taxes.

The client is responsible for paying all applicable taxes charged at checkout or by invoice.

19. Refunds

Because Precision Web Partners provides custom design, development, consulting, setup, maintenance, SEO, and digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless required by law or agreed in writing.

If work has not started, Precision Web Partners may consider a refund request at its discretion, less payment processing fees and third-party costs already incurred, unless the law requires otherwise.

Paid support plan fees are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Domain costs, third-party fees, software fees, hosting fees, plugin fees, registrar fees, paid tools, and payment processor fees are non-refundable unless the third party provides a refund.

20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If the client believes there is an issue with a charge, the client should contact Precision Web Partners first at consult@precisionwebpartners.com.

Improper chargebacks, false disputes, or payment reversals may result in suspension of services, termination of services, recovery of unpaid amounts, and recovery of reasonable costs where permitted by law.

21. Client Content

The client is responsible for all content submitted to Precision Web Partners.

The client represents and warrants that submitted content:

a. is accurate;

b. is lawful;

c. does not infringe third-party rights;

d. does not violate privacy rights;

Precision Web Partners may refuse to use content that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, defamatory, discriminatory, regulated beyond our scope, or inconsistent with these Terms.

22. Legal, Privacy, Cookie, Accessibility, and Industry Compliance

The client is responsible for ensuring that the client’s business, website content, claims, services, pricing, advertising, privacy notices, cookie notices, accessibility obligations, professional rules, industry rules, consumer disclosures, appointment terms, cancellation policies, refund policies, and legal documents comply with applicable laws.

Precision Web Partners may assist with website structure and presentation, but we do not provide legal compliance certification.

m. consumer-protection-law compliance.

The client should obtain legal advice for legal policies, privacy compliance, accessibility compliance, regulated industry content, and consumer-facing terms.

25. Ownership and Intellectual Property

After final payment and final delivery, the client receives ownership of the website code, files, and standard project assets created specifically for the client, subject to these Terms and third-party licensing restrictions.

The client does not receive ownership of:

a. Precision Web Partners’ internal tools;

b. templates;

f. reusable code libraries;

g. methods;

h. know-how;

q. materials not fully paid for.

Precision Web Partners may reuse general skills, methods, workflows, layouts, code concepts, components, and non-client-specific know-how in other projects.

26. Portfolio Use

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Precision Web Partners may display the completed website or non-confidential screenshots in its portfolio, sales materials, case studies, website, social media, or promotional materials.

Precision Web Partners will not knowingly publish sensitive confidential information as part of portfolio use.

If the client wants portfolio use restricted, the client must notify Precision Web Partners in writing.

27. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other.

Under the $0/month Self-Managed Option, the client is fully responsible for security, monitoring, updates, backups, incident response, access control, password control, platform management, and breach response after launch.

Precision Web Partners is not responsible for cyber incidents after launch unless directly caused by a proven material defect or negligent misstep in the original design or development work and only to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

30. Access, Passwords, and Admin Accounts

The client may need to provide access to domain, hosting, Google, analytics, booking, email, payment, or other accounts.

The client is responsible for ensuring that access is lawful and authorized.

The only exception is where a proven material defect, negligent misdesign, or material misstep in Precision Web Partners’ original design or development work directly caused the specific claim, and liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

39. Québec Clients

If the client is located in Québec or Québec law applies, the client may have additional rights under Québec law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal warranty, language right, consumer-protection right, cancellation right, refund right, chargeback right, privacy right, or other non-waivable right available under Québec law.

Where required by Québec law, the French version of these Terms and related documents must be made available before the client agrees to an English version.

If a Québec client expressly chooses to proceed in English where legally permitted, the English version may be used.

For Québec clients, Québec law and applicable federal law may apply to the extent required by law.

40. Governing Law

For clients outside Québec, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in the client’s province or territory.

For Québec clients, Québec-specific mandatory rights apply to the extent required by law.

41. Changes to These Terms

Precision Web Partners may update these Terms from time to time.

The version accepted at checkout or attached to the applicable invoice applies to that purchase or subscription, unless changes are required by law or accepted by the client.

42. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.

43. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any order summary, invoice, proposal, plan description, or written agreement, form the agreement between the client and Precision Web Partners for the purchased services.

English Version

This Québec Addendum applies to clients located in Québec or to contracts governed by Québec law. It is intended to be read with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Precision Web Partners.

2. French Language

Precision Web Partners will make a French version of its standard contractual documents available to Québec clients where required by Québec law.

Where required by Québec law, the French version must be made available before the client agrees to an English version.

A Québec client may choose to proceed in English only where legally permitted.

3. Québec Consumer Rights

Nothing in the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or this Québec Addendum limits, excludes, or reduces rights that a Québec consumer may have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Code of Québec, the Charter of the French Language, Québec privacy laws, or any other applicable law.

If a Québec law gives the client a stronger right than the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, that law applies.

f. renewal terms;

g. cancellation method;

7. Revisions

The Website Launch includes a maximum of two revision rounds.

Included revisions are limited to reasonable moderate changes within the general direction, layout, structure, style, and written scope agreed at the beginning of the project.

Included revisions do not include unlimited edits, full redesigns, new concepts, new creative directions, additional pages, new custom tools, new integrations, e-commerce, advanced booking systems, major copywriting, major scope changes, or ongoing support after launch.

A full redesign or major correction is included only if the delivered website materially fails to follow the client’s original written instructions or the agreed launch scope.

8. $0/month Self-Managed Option

The $0/month Self-Managed Option allows the client to keep the delivered code, files, and standard project assets without paying a monthly support fee.

This option is not a maintenance, monitoring, security, hosting, backup, warranty, compliance, or support plan.

After launch, the client is responsible for maintaining, updating, securing, monitoring, backing up, hosting, operating, and legally reviewing the website unless an eligible paid support plan is purchased.

Precision Web Partners is not responsible for post-launch claims, losses, incidents, interruptions, privacy issues, accessibility issues, broken forms, booking failures, API failures, Google changes, cyber incidents, data loss, expired domains, hosting issues, business losses, or other issues arising after the $0/month Self-Managed Option begins.

The only exception is where a proven material defect, negligent misdesign, or material misstep in Precision Web Partners’ original work directly caused the specific claim and liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Monthly Plans and Cancellation

This process does not limit any mandatory cancellation, termination, refund, or chargeback rights available under Québec law.

10. Custom Tools

Custom tools and integrations may include forms, lead-capture tools, analytics setup, calendar features, booking-related tools, API features, Google integrations, tracking scripts, or automation flows.

The lead-capture system included with Lead Capture is limited to one agreed form, the agreed fields, standard validation, a confirmation state, one basic submission route, and basic tracking where technically feasible within existing platform capabilities.

The booking feature included with Elite is limited to one agreed calendar, one appointment type, standard availability rules, and standard confirmation routing.

Additional forms, complex automation, CRM, API, or other third-party integrations, multiple calendars, staff or resource scheduling, payment collection, regulated-data workflows, software fees, and other third-party costs require a separate written scope.

After the first paid month, Basic Care or a higher paid plan is required only if the client wants Precision Web Partners to continue maintaining, updating, changing, monitoring, repairing, or supporting an eligible custom form, lead-capture system, or calendar booking feature.

The client may cancel all paid plans and return to the $0/month Self-Managed Option. The client may continue operating and self-managing delivered eligible features, subject to the Terms, third-party licensing, platform availability, and third-party fees. Precision Web Partners will no longer provide the maintenance or support described above.

11. Québec Privacy Rights and Confidentiality Incidents

Where Québec privacy law applies, individuals may have rights related to access, correction, withdrawal of consent, confidentiality incidents, and other privacy matters.

Precision Web Partners will take reasonable steps required by applicable Québec privacy law if it becomes aware of a confidentiality incident involving personal information under its control.

Privacy requests may be sent to consult@precisionwebpartners.com.

12. Legal Warranty

Nothing in the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or this Québec Addendum limits the legal warranty or other mandatory protections available under Québec law.

13. Governing Law

For Québec clients, Québec law and applicable federal law may apply to the extent required by law.

a. le nom et les coordonnées de l’entreprise;

c. le prix;

d. les taxes applicables;

e. les frais récurrents, s’il y a lieu;

f. les conditions de renouvellement;

g. la méthode d’annulation;

h. les principales limites et exclusions;

6. Lancement de site Web

a. une page d’accueil sur mesure;

b. quatre pages complémentaires sur mesure;

c. cinq pages au total;

d. une conception adaptée aux appareils mobiles;

e. le développement et la préparation au lancement du site Web;

j. la remise du code, des fichiers et des actifs standards du projet après le paiement final et la livraison;

k. des formulaires personnalisés raisonnables de contact ou de demande de renseignements sur les pages incluses, avec les champs convenus, une validation standard, une confirmation et un acheminement de base des soumissions;
